Terms for technology services

These terms cover the websites, booking engines and software Lipa Travels Limited provides to travel businesses. They are separate from our booking terms for travellers.

1. Plans and payment

• Each plan has a one-off set-up fee and a monthly fee. We invoice both, and you pay them by bank transfer, not by card.
• You take your own customers' payments through your own merchant account. We do not collect or hold money for you.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing info@lipatravels.global. The service stops at the end of the month you have paid for. We don't refund part months.
• The set-up fee is refundable in full until we start the set-up work. Once work has started, it is not refundable.

2. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
