Indri lemurs in Andasibe-Mantadia National Park, then a flight west to Morondava for the Avenue of the Baobabs at sunset and Kirindy Forest.
Day by day
- Day 1Arrive in Antananarivo. Afternoon visit to the Rova, the queen's palace on the hill.
- Day 2Drive east to Andasibe (about four hours). Evening walk to look for chameleons and mouse lemurs.
- Day 3Morning walk in the Analamazaotra section of the park to find indri lemurs. Free afternoon.
- Day 4Full-day walk in Mantadia, the wilder northern part of the park.
- Day 5Drive back to Antananarivo.
- Day 6Fly to Morondava. Sunset at the Avenue of the Baobabs.
- Day 7Kirindy Forest Reserve for lemurs and the fossa, with a stop at the Baobab Amoureux.
- Day 8Fly back to Antananarivo for your onward flight.
