Day by day

  1. Day 1Arrive in Lisbon. Evening in the Bairro Alto.
  2. Day 2Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery and the Alfama district, with a ride on tram 28.
  3. Day 3Day trip to Sintra and Pena Palace, returning via Cabo da Roca and Cascais.
  4. Day 4Train to Porto, about three hours. Walk through the Ribeira and across the Dom Luís I Bridge.
  5. Day 5Douro valley day trip: vineyards, a river boat ride and lunch at a wine estate.
  6. Day 6Transfer to Porto airport for departure.
